Diversity and Inclusion in Wartime

The world's leading organizations have already understood – diversity and inclusion are not just moral values, but business growth engines that allow you to recruit, retain, and nurture the best talent. But how do you promote an inclusive organizational culture, especially during periods of uncertainty and crisis?

The 'Iron Swords' war affects all areas of our lives, including the job market. Unprecedented reserve duty mobilization, thousands of evacuees, injuries on a scale we haven't known before, and complex economic challenges create a new reality. Within all this, diverse populations face significant blocking mechanisms in the employment arena. What are the implications of the war on Israeli society? How does all this affect organizations and how is it related to diverse populations? And most importantly, what do organizations need to do to promote diversity and inclusion even at this time?

In this thought-provoking lecture, Shani Krauz combines up-to-date academic knowledge, years of management experience, expertise in promoting diversity and inclusion, and a powerful personal story. Through the presentation of data and trends, field examples, and practical tools, he offers a new perspective on how organizations can navigate today's complex reality to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion.
